Payment terms for courses, 10 courses packages, proofreading service. Booking and cancellation policy.
Booking and cancellation
As a general rule, La French Frog and the student will define one or several fixed days for the courses within the week.
The student has to book the courses at least 24h in advance. They will be scheduled according to availability.
In case of cancellation, please let La French Frog know as soon as possible. Any course that is not cancelled in due time will be charged.
Payment
Each course shall be paid directly, with cash, via bank transfer or Paypal. The student receives a receipt after each payment (email).
Payment for 10 courses package
The 10 courses package shall be paid before the first course starts. No refund possible for the 10 courses package. Payment can be done with cash, via bank transfer or Paypal.
The courses must be taken within 4 months. After 4 months, any remaining course will be lost, no refund possible.
The student receives a receipt after each payment (email).
Proofreading service
After costs estimation and an agreement has been found between customer and La French Frog, an advance corresponding to 50% of the total cost shall be paid. The remaing balance is to be paid as soon as the final corrected document is received by the customer. Payment can be done with cash, via bank transfer or Paypal.
The customer receives a receipt after each payment (email).
